Order Processing Times
Please allow 3-5 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your specified address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and starts once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may lead to processing delays or order cancellations. If any address issues are detected, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@kottko.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications beyond this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@kottko.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We strongly recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Many shipping carriers have dedicated claims processes for lost or stolen packages, and they may require additional details from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
Please note that Kottko is not liable for lost or stolen packages, and these cases do not fall under our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture.
In cases where the package is marked as delivered but not received, we advise you to check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If necessary, you may also consider filing a police report.
