Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes to or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will enter processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you successfully cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our products securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@kottko.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess your case and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement.

Please note that damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product inside is not considered damage. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address
